Shipping
We offer a R100,00 standard shipping fee on all local deliveries within South Africa.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at sales@nothaatelier.com to initiate the request.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including any import duties for international customers).
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at sales@nothaatelier.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If successful, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
